Description:
Aspidistra is a strong evergreen plant with wide, shiny dark-green leaves. It is called the Cast Iron Plant because it can survive in low light, heat, and even when it is sometimes neglected. It grows well indoors and in shaded outdoor areas.

Light:
Grows best in low to medium indirect light. It can also grow in deep shade. Avoid direct sunlight.

Water the plant in a moderate amount. Let the top layer of soil dry a little before watering again. Too much water can damage the roots.
